Neon Whispers began as an exploration of what it means to be human in a world where humanity is optional. Every route peels back another layer of the city's secrets. Every character carries scarssome visible, some coded deep in their neural implants.
This is more than a script. It's a love letter to cyberpunk, wrapped in rain and rendered in pixels.

Her optical implants flickercheap knockoffs, always glitching. REI (to herself) Three years. Three years chasing ghosts in the machine. A NOTIFICATION chimes in her neural feed. [SYSTEM: INCOMING CALL - UNKNOWN ID] REI (sighing) Block it. [SYSTEM: CALLER OVERRIDE DETECTED] The call connects anyway. Static. Then a voice she hasn't heard in years. VOICE Hello, little sister. Did you miss me? REI's cigarette falls into a puddle. Her hand moves to the gun at her hip. REI You're dead. I watched you die. VOICE (amused) Death is just a software update, Rei. Surely you know that by now.
