Terms of Sale
These terms apply to digital products purchased through the Omnific Hand Ltd store unless a separate written agreement applies.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically after purchase. File formats and included materials are listed on each product page.
Licence
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchases include a commercial licence for use in your own projects. Resale or redistribution of source files as standalone products is not permitted unless the product page explicitly allows it.
Refunds
Because products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once files have been delivered, except where required by law or where a product is materially not as described. Contact hello@omnifichand.com within 14 days if you believe there is a problem with your purchase.
Support
Product support covers delivery issues and questions about included files. Custom implementation, integration, or commissioned builds are handled under separate scoped agreements.
